About me
I love music.
I grew up playing instruments. I started with piano at age 7, and sprinkled in drums and guitar along the way somewhere. I played in bands with my brother and my friends. I've always felt "at home" writing and playing music.
I became interested in the recording process initially just because I wanted to be able to record my own songs! Eventually I fell in love with the art of making music. In 2004, I graduated from Full Sail (a recording school in Florida) and moved to Nashville soon afterward. In Nashville I worked for producer Brown Bannister, engineer Steve Bishir, and a whole bunch of artists.
Since then, I've moved to the Pacific Northwest, where I live and work today. I love it here, and I love working with artists and bands to help them realize their vision and create new music. I'd love to chat with you about mixing, engineering, or producing your project.

I have over 20 years of experience in the studio and STILL really enjoy nerding out on all aspects of technical production. Engineering is an art as well as a science, and I love diving into the process of translating emotion into the language of music production.
